Kathmandu: The Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi held a meeting with Lieutenant General Pradeep Jung KC, ACOAS, Nepali Army, in New Delhi, on October 17. The meeting was held on the sidelines of the United Nations Troop Contributing Countries (UNTCC) Chiefs’ Conclave 2025.
During the meeting, the discussion focused on strengthening defense cooperation, enhancing joint training initiatives, and promoting collaboration in UN peacekeeping operations.
Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to regular defense dialogue and institutional exchanges, reflecting the enduring partnership and shared values between the two neighbouring armies.
