Kathmandu: The President of the International Relations & Global Diplomacy Dialogue (IRGDD), Amb. Dr. Sarmila Parajuli Dhakal, welcomed a delegation from the Nepal Women Chamber to the IRGDD premises for a constructive discussion on strengthening collaboration in the areas of economic diplomacy, entrepreneurship, and international engagement.
The delegation comprised Sushma Sharma, Advisor; Era Prasai, Secretary; and Shristhi Tripathi, Director, Nepal Chamber of Commerce.
During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on the growing importance of economic diplomacy in fostering international partnerships, expanding business opportunities, and promoting women’s participation in trade, investment, and entrepreneurship. Discussions also explored potential avenues for cooperation between IRGDD and the Nepal Women Chamber in advancing dialogue and engagement between the diplomatic and business communities.
The delegation expressed appreciation for the work and contributions of IRGDD in creating platforms that connect policymakers, diplomats, business leaders, and other stakeholders.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to maintaining close engagement and exploring collaborative initiatives that support Nepal’s economic and diplomatic objectives.
