Kathmandu: Amb. Dr. Sarmila Parajuli Dhakal, President of the International Relations & Global Diplomacy Dialogue (IRGDD), held a high-level consultation with Bimal Prasad Baral, Secretary at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communication, Madhesh Province, to deliberate on strategic national priorities and the evolving role of diplomatic institutionalism within Nepal’s governance framework.
The meeting served as a significant step in advancing Track 1.5 diplomacy, bridging governmental and non-governmental expertise to support informed policy dialogue and international engagement. Amb.
