Kathmandu: The Embassy of Japan extended their heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Madan Kumar Bhattari, former Ambassador to Japan, on being conferred the prestigious Order of the Rising Sun, Gold, and Silver Star by the Government of Japan.
Previously, Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs also stated that Dr. Bhattarai was honored for his dedicated efforts in deepening bilateral ties and promoting friendship between Nepal and Japan throughout his distinguished diplomatic career.
