Kathmandu: The Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Nepal, Park Tae-Young, attended a symposium titled “Prospects of Developing Graduate Program on Entrepreneurship in Nepal,” jointly hosted by Gyeongsang National University (GNU) and Tribhuvan University on January 16.
Addressing the event, Ambassador Park emphasized that Korea’s economic growth has been driven by the strong synergy between education and entrepreneurship.
He also shared examples of Nepali returnees who have successfully launched businesses by applying the skills and experience gained during their time in Korea. Ambassador Park expressed hope that the symposium would inspire young people, particularly those associated with Tribhuvan University’s Business Incubation Center, to pursue entrepreneurial initiatives.
