Kathmandu: H.E. Park Taeyoung, Ambassador of South Korea to Nepal, paid a courtesy call on Hon. Minister for Health and Food Safety, Nisha Mehta, on June 16.
The Minister and Ambassador exchanged views on bilateral relations and discussed ways to expand cooperation in the fields of health and food safety. On the occasion, Minister Mehta urged special attention to ensure access to food safety and healthcare of Nepali workers in South Korea. In response, Ambassador Park expressed his belief in the cooperation between the two countries will be stronger and result-oriented in the coming days, stating that South Korean government is committed to continuously supporting the priority area of Nepali government.
