Kathmandu: Nepal Policy Institute representatives, led by Chair Khagendra Dhakal, met with Charge d’Affaires of Nepal, Sharad Raj Aran, at the Nepal Embassy in Washington.
They discussed external voting, knowledge diplomacy, and building “knowledge bridges” for Nepal’s development.
