Kathmandu: The Embassy of Nepal in Kuwait has urged Nepali nationals residing in Kuwait with valid residence permits who wish to return home to travel to Nepal via Saudi Arabia.
In a notice issued on Sunday amid the evolving situation in the Middle East, the Embassy requested Nepalis in Kuwait planning to return to Nepal to apply online for a Saudi visa if they intend to travel through airports in Saudi Arabia.
The Embassy further informed that Nepali citizens holding a valid residence permit in Kuwait, known as the Civil ID, will be allowed to enter Saudi Arabia through the land route once they obtain the required visa, enabling them to continue their journey to Nepal.
