Kathmandu: President Ramchandra Paudel received the Letters of Credence from Dr Robert Zischg, Non-resident Ambassador of Austria, on May 21.
The Letters of Credence were received amidst a special ceremony held at the Office of the President, Sheetal Niwas.
Dr. Robert Zischg has more than three decades of experience in Austria’s foreign service, Ambassador Zischg has held several senior postings across Europe, the Americas, and in multilateral settings. Prior to his current appointment, he served as Head of the Department for Sub-Saharan Africa and the African Union at the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs in Vienna.
