Kathmandu: The SAARC Secretariat welcomed the delegation of the 14th Higher Command and Management Course (HCMC-14) from the Nepal Army War College in Nagarkot, led by Brigadier General Ranjit Thapa.
The visit commenced with welcome remarks by Waseem Shahzad, Officer-in-Charge of the SAARC Secretariat, followed by an insightful presentation on the SAARC process and key initiatives by Director Prathma Uprety.
The interaction concluded with a productive Q&A session and a cordial exchange of views between the two institutions.
