Kathmandu: Hon. Dol Prasad Aryal, Speaker of the House of Representatives of Nepal, received the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Nepal, H.E. Fahd bin Mohammed bin Mnikhr, at his office in the Parliament building in Kathmandu on July 1.
Ambassador bin Mnikhr affirmed the Kingdom’s keenness to develop cooperative relations with Nepal in various fields, particularly in the economic and labor sectors. He reviewed the Kingdom’s progress and achievements under the guidance of its wise leadership, highlighting developments in the labor sector that ensure workers can perform their jobs in a suitable environment.
For his part, Speaker Aryal emphasized the Nepali Parliament’s commitment to continuing and developing cooperative relations with the Shura Council in the Kingdom and maintaining communication between members of the Parliamentary Friendship Committee. He noted that his country views the Kingdom’s development in various fields with great interest and expressed appreciation to the Kingdom’s government for its efforts in facilitating Hajj and Umrah for Nepalese citizens
