Sri Lankan Ambassador Delpitiya Meets NCC Team to Strengthen Trade and Tourism

Kathmandu: The Ambassador of Sri Lanka to Nepal, Ruwanthi Delpitiya, visited the Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC) and held a meeting with the Chamber’s leadership in Jamal on 25 November.

The engagement provided a productive platform to explore ways to enhance bilateral trade and expand tourism cooperation between Nepal and Sri Lanka. Discussions centered on promoting two-way tourism, identifying new opportunities in priority sectors, and further strengthening the longstanding economic partnership between the two nations.

Moreover, during the meeting, the Embassy highlighted the upcoming Sri Lanka Expo 2026 and encouraged the participation of Nepali businesses.
