Kathmandu: The Swiss Embassy in Kathmandu announced a new partnership with the PATA Nepal Chapter and the Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM) to sign an agreement to develop a comprehensive Tourism Crisis Management Handbook tailored for Nepali tourism stakeholders.
The Embassy stated that this initiative builds on Switzerland’s long-standing commitment to strengthening Nepal’s tourism sector. ‘By equipping local destinations with the tools they need to navigate emergencies, we are working to ensure a resilient future that protects both visitors and local communities for the long term,’ the embassy said.
