Kathmandu: U.S. Chargé d’Affaires Scott Urbom joined leaders from Nepal’s information and communications technology (ICT) sector at a breakfast meeting organized by American Chamber Nepal, where discussions focused on innovation, collaboration, and new economic opportunities.
The event brought together U.S. companies including Fusemachines, Leapfrog, SecurityPal, Cedar Gate, Niural, and Veel, along with Nepali companies Neoteric and WorldLink. Participants highlighted the role of private-sector–led innovation in driving economic growth, creating jobs, advancing technological development, and expanding opportunities in Nepal.
