Kathmandu: H.E. Lok Bahadur Thapa, UN ECOSOC President, met with H.E. Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, Chairman of Pakistan’s Prime Minister’s Youth Programme.
They discussed the importance of investing in young people through education, skills, entrepreneurship and decent work to accelerate the SDGs. They also highlighted the need to strengthen youth participation in decision-making and advance digital inclusion and innovation. President Thapa stated that they look forward to working together toward the SDGs Summit 2027 to accelerate implementation of the 2030Agenda.
