Kathmandu: UNDP, in collaboration with the National Judicial Academy, conducted a specialized training on Business and Human Rights for 30 High Court judges and will be rolled out to all High Court judges across Nepal.
Organized under the Enhancing Access to Justice through Institutional Reform (A2J) project, the sessions dove deep into all three pillars of the UN Guiding Principles (UNGPs). The curriculum placed a crucial, timely emphasis on addressing environmental and climate change impacts within the corporate sector.
By developing this comprehensive training manual and resource materials, we are building stronger systems to protect human rights and our environment.
