Kathmandu: UNESCO Kathmandu Office organized a meeting on Cultural Heritage Management Project Outcomes on the establishment of management systems for the Lumbini and Janaki Temple complex on April 20.
The meeting was held as part of the Support Project for Cultural Heritage Management in South Asia (Bhutan and Nepal),” which is being implemented through the Korean Funds-in-Trust project.
Ambassador Park highly appreciated the project’s contribution to the preservation of Nepal’s cultural heritage and the strengthening of sustainable management capacity, and expressed his hope for the continued expansion of Korea–Nepal cooperation in the cultural sector.
