Kathmandu: S. Paul Kapur, US Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs, paid a courtesy call on Shisir Khanal, Minister for Foreign Affairs, at Singha Durbar on April 21.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to further strengthen Nepal–US bilateral relations, with an enhanced focus on trade and investment.
Both sides emphasized the importance of expanding economic cooperation and exploring opportunities to deepen engagement in areas of mutual interest.
