Kathmandu: Chargé d’Affaires, (CdA) a.i. Megan Bouldin met with Education and Sports Minister Sasmit Pokharel to highlight the contributions of Nepalis who have participated in U.S. exchange programs, including Fulbright, and returned home to bring American educational excellence to Nepal on October 30.
Looking ahead to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic and Paralympic Games, they also discussed opportunities for sports diplomacy, including how to bring American expertise in training, athlete development, and sports management to Nepali athletes and coaches.
