Kathmandu: Paul Kapur, the US Assistant Secretary of South and Central Asian Affairs, met with Rabi Lamichhane, Chairperson of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), on April 20.
Assistant Secretary Kapur said that it was great to meet Chairperson Lamichhane in Kathmandu and to learn about RSP’s priorities in the new government. They also discussed areas for US-Nepal cooperation.
