Kathmandu: Riaz Lodhi, WFP Country Representative of Nepal, met with Md Golam Sarwar, SAARC Secretary General. He said that he greatly appreciated the exchange with Secretary Sarwar on strengthening cooperation for food security, nutrition, and climate resilience.
WFP Representative Lodhi stated that with Nepal as SAARC Secretariat Chair, sustained partnership remains essential to advancing shared regional priorities. And that WFP Nepal remains committed to continued collaboration in support of stronger regional responses and shared development objectives.
