Kathmandu: Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal held a courtesy meeting with Pakistan’s newly appointed Ambassador to Nepal, Mohammad Aamir Khan, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on October 15.
During the meeting, Minister Khanal congratulated Ambassador Khan on his appointment and wished him a successful and productive tenure in Nepal. The two sides discussed ways to further strengthen the friendly relations between Nepal and Pakistan and expand areas of bilateral cooperation.
They also exchanged views on enhancing collaboration in areas of mutual interest, reaffirming their shared interest in deepening the longstanding ties between the two countries. The meeting highlighted the commitment of both sides to further consolidating Nepal–Pakistan relations and promoting mutually beneficial cooperation.
