Kathmandu: The French Embassy has lowered its flags to half-mast in a solemn tribute to those who perished, as Nepal observes a national day of mourning for the victims of the Bhote Koshi river floods.
The Embassy expresses deepest condolences to the grieving families and stand in solidarity with the people and authorities of Nepal.
