KATHMANDU: Chandra Prasad Dhakal, President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FNCCI), announced the signing of a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between FNCCI and the Cambodia Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA).

The agreement, signed in the presence of Nepal’s Labour Minister Sharat Singh Bhandari, aims to strengthen Nepal-Cambodia ties in trade, investment, and skills development, promoting joint ventures, knowledge sharing, and inclusive growth.

On the sidelines of the 113th International Labour Conference (ILC) in Geneva, Dhakal also held a productive exchange with International Labour Organisation (ILO) Director-General Gilbert F. Houngbo. Their discussions focused on deepening collaboration to advance decent work, formalisation, and sustainable enterprises in Nepal.
