Kathmandu: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal, in collaboration with the federation of Export Entrepreneurs Nepal (FEEN), organised a virtual interaction programme with the heads of Nepali Missions in the Americas on September 15 on “ Opportunities and Challenges of Nepal’s Exports to the USA, Canada and Brazil.”
Addressing the programme, Foreign Secretary Amrit Rai underscored the need to strengthen economic diplomacy and promote Nepal’s exports. Foreign Secretary directed the Heads of Missions to implement their programmes and activities in line with the Ministry’s Annual Action plan and submit progress reports to the Ministry on a regular basis.
Dev Ananda Sarawagi, Senior Vice President of FEEN made a comprehensive presentation on “ Opportunities and Challenges of Nepal’s Exports to the US, Canada and Brazil.” Heads of Missions and export entrepreneurs actively participated in the interaction.
Senior officials of MoFA Nepal, a representative of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, FEEN Board Members and Heads and officials of Nepali Missions in the region were present in the event.
