PM Oli Meets PM of Bhutan Tobgay

Kathmandu: The Prime Minister of Nepal, KP Sharma Oli, held a meeting with the Prime Minister of Bhutan, Tshering Tobgay, on the sidelines of the 6^th BIMSTEC summit on April 3, 2025. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal, during the discussion, the dignitaries recalled their previous engagement at the 79th session of the UN General Assembly in New York and exchanged views on various aspects of cooperation.

Moreover, PM Oli also met with Harini Amarasuriya, the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka, on the sidelines of the 6^th BIMSTEC summit. The conversation between the two dignitaries centred on deepening bilateral ties and advancing shared priorities.

Prime Minister Oli further had a conversation with the Prime Minister of Myanmar, Min Aung Hlaing, during the sideline meeting. The discussions focused on devastating earthquakes in Myanmar and strengthening bilateral, regional, and multilateral ties, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal reported.
