Kathmandu: During the 4th International Conference on Financing for Development (FfD4), Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli participated in a high-level discussion titled “A New Vision for Development Cooperation.”
The discussion was hosted by the Prime Minister of Spain, Pedro Sánchez Pérez-Castejón, focusing on the theme “Investing in global solidarity and a new vision of development cooperation.”
In his address, Prime Minister Oli emphasized that development cooperation is a commitment to leave no one behind in the pursuit of progress.
Welcoming the Sevilla Commitment’s clear emphasis on the need to strengthen international development cooperation as a driver of sustainable development, he urged for delivering both on the commitments and principles of aid effectiveness.
