UN Resident Coordinator Hanaa Singer-Hamdy Pays Farewell Call on Finance Minister Khanal

Kathmandu: UN Resident Coordinator to Nepal, Hanaa Singer-Hamdy, paid a courtesy farewell call on Finance Minister Rameshore Khanal on January 8.

During the meeting, the two discussed Nepal’s strong commitment to graduating from the Least Developed Country (LDC) category and explored practical ways to further strengthen coordination on financing for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Expressing her appreciation, Singer-Hamdy thanked the Ministry of Finance for its constructive engagement and partnership over the years. “I am confident that our collaboration will continue to support Nepal’s smooth transition and progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals,” she stated in a post on social media.
