Kathmandu: From Sudurpaschim province of Nepal, twenty-five youth leaders and school teachers are taking part in a three-day training on artificial intelligence and its links to technology-facilitated gender-based violence and child marriage.
Supported by KOICA (KOICA Nepal Office) UNFPA in Nepal is delivering the training in partnership with the Provincial Youth Council, equipping participants to identify, prevent, and respond to digital safety risks affecting young people.
The Honourable Chief Minister of Sudurpaschim Province, Kamal Bahadur Shah, inaugurated the training and spoke about the importance of preparing young people to use technology safely and productively.
