Kathmandu: H.E. Major General Vetsop Namgyel, Non-Residential Ambassador of Bhutan, paid a courtesy call on Foreign Secretary Amrit Bahadur Rai.
Foreign Secretary Rai extended his best wishes for the upcoming Ground-breaking Ceremony of the Bhutan Temple Complex in Lumbini, and the two sides exchanged views on bilateral relations, climate change, and regional cooperation within the existing framework of regional and multilateral forums.
