Kathmandu: The Embassy of Russia released a statement on the flash floods in Nepal where they stated that according to the updated data from the Nepali authorities, the number of confirmed deaths from the flooding has reached 626, and 2400 people are missing.
They stated that there is no new information regarding Russian citizens.
The Embassy said that they would like to ask the relatives of Russian citizens who were presumably in the disaster area but did not get in touch to send them official requests for their search.
