Sagarmatha Sambaad Flag Waves on ‘Sagarmatha’ Mt. Everest

Rt. Hon. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli had handed the flag to Sub Inspector Danta Bahadur Chantyal.

Kathmandu: Sub Inspector Danta Bahadur Chantyal scaled Mt. Everest on the morning of May 18, 2025. Sub Inspector Chantyal unveiled Sagarmatha Sambaad’s flag that was handed to him by the Prime Minister KP Oli on the summit on the last day of the International Dialogue.

Mr. Chantyal left the base camp of Mt. Everest on May 13, 2025. He was awarded by the Nepal Police for his triumph on the highest mountain peak.
