Kathmandu: Ambassador of Switzerland to Nepal, H.E. Danielle Meuwly, met the Right Honourable Vice President of Nepal, Ram Sahaya Yadav, to formally extend an invitation to the Swiss National Day reception and the official celebrations marking 70 years of diplomatic relations between Switzerland and Nepal on July 25.
During the meeting, Ambassador Meuwly reaffirmed Switzerland’s longstanding commitment to strengthening the close friendship and partnership between our two countries. Reflecting on seven decades of cooperation, Ambassador Meuwly highlighted the shared ambition to further deepen bilateral ties and advance the relationship from aid to trade, fostering sustainable economic opportunities and mutual prosperity.
