Kathmandu: Ambassador, H.E. Lok Bahadur Thapa presented the ECOSOC handover note, where the Handover meeting of the 2026 and 2027 ECOSOC Bureaux was held on September 16.
Ambassador Thapa shared reflections on the work, achievements, and lessons of the 2026 session.
He extended his best wishes to H.E. Amar Bendjama, President of ECOSOC, and the 2027 Bureau as they carry forward the Council’s important work to advance sustainable development and strengthen multilateral cooperation.
